With a restaurant focused on German specialties, it makes sense that Bohemian Brewery produces a line of beers that go with great bratwurst and other hearty European food. Since 2001, Bohemian has been making its signature Oktoberfest beers seasonally as well, now available in cans.

New to the SLC scene in 2017, Kiitos has the best Finnish-inspired name and colorful beer can artwork. The brewery has a variety of beer on tap and offers some eats from neighboring Rico Foods. Kiitos also can boast some environmentally-friendly notables: ask them about their HEBS (High Efficiency Brewing System).

Located in a beautifully remodeled industrail space in South Salt Lake, Level Crossing offers a simple, but thoughtful food menu, and a variety of fresh, cold beers.  Watch for live music, too.

Moab Brewery is proud to be Moab’s only microbrewery with beers inspired by their unique environment including Dead Horse Ale, Derailleur Red Ale, Rocket Bike Lager, and Over the Top Hefeweizen. Open seven days a week, Moab Brewery is a great place to rest up after an outdoor adventure.

With RoHa Brewing Project, SLC gets to enjoy brewmaster Chris Haas unleashed to brew. Their cozy taproom and beer store convenient to Liberty Wells and close to the Bees' ball park makes it a great bike-in and hang-out spot.

Since 1995, Roosters has been serving up beer and pub food on Ogden's Historic 25th Street with a location casual enough to invite cyclists in post-ride as well as date night couples. With their just opened B Street Brewery, Roosters expands their production, adds a canning line and features an on-site taproom.

Salt Flats Brewery (formerly RPM Brewing), has a unique vision of car racing paired with their beer (but of course they do not encourage drinking while driving). You can also try their beers at their launch point, the Garage Grill in Draper, and on draft around town.

Some of us may remember when Uinta was a younger upstart competing with the Utah Brewers Cooperative (Wasatch & Squatters brewing operation). They carved out their identity with a commitment to wind power and the first organic beers available among the Utah brewers. Their line-up now includes the ever-present Cutthroat alongside new and popular Lime Pilsner and limited-run large format Crooked Line series. They also have a Brewhouse Pub (21 and over only).

Vernal Brewing is your East Utah haven for good food and good beer. With beers like Allosaurus Amber Ale and Little Hole Lager, Vernal Brewing celebrates their unique place, plus they brew small one-off batches that you can only try at their brewpub.

Wasatch Brewery founder, Greg Schirf, always had a knack for grabbing attention — at first just for making beer in Utah in 1986 (Utah's first brewery since prohibition), and then for making beer like Polygamy Porter ("Don't forget to take one home to the wives"). Schirf was a Utah pioneer in many ways forging the way toward more open laws and guidelines for breweries to deliver tasty sudsy products to Utahns.

The Utah Brewers Cooperative — featuring the West Side Tavern and Beer Store — is the combined production operation for Squatters and Wasatch Beers. And with the Tavern, it's now a one-stop shop for beer to go and beer to stay and savor, as well as grab a bite to eat.
