Wasatch Brewpub - Park City

Wasatch Brewery founder, Greg Schirf, always had a knack for grabbing attention — at first just for making beer in Utah in 1986 (Utah's first brewery since prohibition), and then for making beer like Polygamy Porter ("Don't forget to take one home to the wives"). Schirf was a Utah pioneer in many ways forging the way toward more open laws and guidelines for breweries to deliver tasty sudsy products to Utahns.
